Luciano Packaging Technologies Pick and Place

This was a system I worked closely with while working at Luciano Packakging Technologies. Our client hired us to automate the packaging of Ostomy strips into blisters. ABB IRB 360 Flexpicker robots were used to pick an place the strips into packages acheiveing a speed of 250 strips/min.

I personally developed a complete bill of material and wrote a technical manual for the client. Additionally, I tuned the Cognex vision system software and the ABB pick & place software to optimize the system's speed. Furthermore, I troubleshot and engineered solutions for various pneumatic processes in the system.
